Cold Pack Description

Cold packs:

Put the ice bag into the refrigeratory, refrigerating room or the water whose temperature is below 10'C and take it out after 12 hours or long time.



Hot packs:

A. Excitation: Bend the metal plate when the materials in the hot bag is liquid. Then the hot bag can be heated and the first heat will last about 30~50 minuters.



B. Revivification: Soak the cold hot bag in the boiled water 2~3 times about 15 minuters or directly boil the hot bag 15 minutes. Bend the metal plate again when the crystal fully become liquid state and the second heat will last 40~80 minuters.



Remarks:

This products is just for external use. Wash immediately with water if your eyes, your skin and your foods are contacted with the material in the bag, Consult a doctor or abundantly drink water in case of eating.
